On August 1, 2009, I was crowned Miss American Fork.

It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, not only because I had given my ALL... but now I have the privilege of representing the most beautiful city and the most amazing citizens that live in it.

I look forward to a great year as your new Miss American Fork!

2010 Child Advocate of the Year Awards Luncheon...

April 15th, 2010

I have no idea why "I" got to be a guest speaker at this luncheon but, it was one of my most favorite events. I was truly humbled by everyone in that room.
The event was hosted by the Utah County Child Abuse Prevention Team, held at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. The room was full of volunteers who are constantly serving and dedicating their lives to helping children. It was a wonderful luncheon, with yummy food and great people who inspire me to be a better person. I am so grateful for people who make a difference in so many lives, especially the lives of children. Thank you, and bless you!

Thank you to the Birk Family for the donation of this scholarship and helping our youth to pursue their dreams.

A new Grease Monkey in American Fork...

March 6th

Grand Opening for the new Grease Monkey in American Fork.

There were hamburgers and hot dogs, a ribbon cutting, pictures with the monkey and... I even get to have my oil changed for free. Yeah!

That's the owner, Steve, nicest guy ever.

Thanks Grease Monkey. We're glad you're in town :)

Hosting the "Teen Thing"...

March 3, 2010

I was asked to host the "Teen Thing" and had the privilege of teaching them about hair, makeup and self esteem. It was a great time and I loved being with each one of those girls!

The "Teen Thing" is a monthly service provided by the A.F. City Library where teens can learn something new, get together and have a wholesome educational experience.
